Paige holds the esteemed role of Office Manager at LEAP. With over a decade in customer service expertise, Paige’s focus and commitment is on prioritizing client and customer care, placing people in the forefront of her work, and ensuring their ultimate satisfaction. Paige orchestrates and carries out the day to day operations of the fast growing practice while championing a culture of empathy and customer-centricity. Her dedication extends beyond the workplace, as she remains committed to both personal and professional growth, embodying the values of continuous improvement.

Paige’s academic journey began in pursuit of Elementary Education at Norfolk State University. However, her keen interest in the business world prompted a redirection. In 2022, she successfully obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, marking a significant milestone in her professional growth.

Paige’s journey from education to business is a testament to her adaptability and resilience, further enhancing her ability to navigate the complexities in the professional world.
