Co-Owner, Administrative Director
Meloney is the co-owner of Leap Therapeutic Services and serves as the Administrative Director since its inception in 2018. She oversees all aspects of the company’s operations and under her guidance and expertise, LEAP has expanded from its humble beginnings of two, to a team of seven dedicated employees and independent contractors.
She began her career in the administrative world at age 16, as she landed her first job working as a secretary in a chiropractor’s office. That was the foundation that has spanned over three decades. This is a testament to her determination, adaptability, and keen attention to detail, making her invaluable to the success of the company.
Meloney’s professional journey extends beyond her work at Leap Therapeutic Services. She is also an active Real Estate Agent. She also has nearly 20 years of experience in property management to which she combines her extensive real estate knowledge and passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Her mission is to lead, serve, and inspire.
Meloney’s love of service begins with family; her husband of 33+ years, children and 4 beautiful grandchildren. She is an active Leader and Music Director in her church and loves to volunteer, entertain, travel and spend quality time with family and friends. Her dedication to leadership, ministry, and service reflects her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.
